Before the consultation:

Determine your ceremony location.

Determine the date and specific time of your ceremony.

Call or email your Officiant to confirm availability. Your Officiant will set up a date and time for an initial consultation. This consultation will allow you to meet and also to determine the kind of ceremony that would be perfect for you.

At the consultation:

We discuss the kind of ceremony you would like to have, i.e. traditional, contemporary, or a short and simple elopement ceremony.

We go over all the possible components for your ceremony using our planning tools, and discuss what you as a couple would like to incorporate into the ceremony, i.e. vow options, ring exchange options, music, readings etc.

If you decide you would like to use our services we require a non-refundable deposit along with our online booking contract. This will confirm your date and time. Most Officiants accept cash and email money transfers. Some Officiants also accept credit cards.

After the consultation:

Choose your ceremony components. In order to make the ceremony intimate and personal we encourage you to choose your own vows and ring exchange as well as other special components such as readings and music. If this is all too overwhelming, we can choose the ceremony content for you.

Once you have worked out the details for your ceremony, email your Officiant with this information or fill out our online forms. Let us know if you will have any special components such as the exchange of roses or a unity candle. We are very flexible and want very much for the ceremony to reflect your personality as a couple and the love you have for each other.

If you determine you would like a rehearsal, contact your Officiant to set the date and time. There may be an additional fee for the rehearsal.

Your Officiant will be available to answer any questions you may have as the wedding date grows closer, so do not hesitate to call.
